All policies and procedures listed below must be followed by each participant

Weigh-ins for everyone will run from 1-3 and 6-8 PM on Saturday, September 11th.
Enter no earlier than 45 minutes prior to the start of weigh-ins.
ES/MS wrestlers may also weigh-in from 10-10:30 AM on Sunday, September 12th.
Hayfield Secondary School: When you arrive at the school for weigh-ins follow the signs to the right of the school (from Telegraph Road, not Old Telegraph Road). Park behind the school near the football stadium and enter through Door 9. Do not enter through the main entrance.
You must have a completed liability waiver physically in your hand to weigh in. It is also a good idea to have quick access on your electronic device to your receipt of payment registration to assist clearing up mistakes at check-in.
Singlet required for weigh-in. You must be wearing the singlet with straps up. If you need to change into or out of your singlet onsite, you must use the restrooms to change. You will not be authorized to enter the weigh-in area without wearing a singlet.
The High School Division will receive a +3 lbs allowance. There is no weight allowance for the Middle School Division.
You can change weight classes three days prior to weigh-ins with no penalty. After Wednesday, you must make weight changes at weigh-ins. There will be a $10 fee to change weights onsite at weigh-ins.
