Weigh-in Policies and Procedures

No Exceptions

All policies and procedures listed below must be followed by each participant

Requests for exceptions will not receive a response

No satellite weigh-ins

No exceptions to weigh-in times

No registration at the door

Times

Weigh-ins for everyone will run from 6-8 PM on Friday, September 22nd.

You can weigh multiple times up to 8 PM.

There will be a check scale near the bathroom on the way to weigh-in area.

You are not to enter the building no earlier than 30 minutes prior to the start of weigh-ins.

Upper Weight (190, 215, 285) wrestlers may also weigh-in 7 AM on Saturday, September 23rd. You must be standing at the head table at 7 AM. Wrestlers in other weight classes may NOT weigh at this time.

8U/11U/MS/Girls wrestlers may also weigh-in at 10 AM on Saturday, September 23rd. You must be standing at the head table at 10 AM.

Girls wrestlers may also weigh-in at 12:30 PM on Saturday, September 23rd. You must be standing at the head table at 12:30 PM.

DIRECTIONS

When you arrive for Friday weigh-ins follow the signs at the community center. The signs will direct you around the outside of the building to the right. DO NOT ENTER THROUGH THE FRONT DOORS. Limited parking is available, so consider being dropped off in the loop in front of the building.

Paperwork

The liability waiver is now online and integrated into the registration process. It is still a good idea to have quick access on your electronic device to your receipt of payment registration to assist clearing up mistakes at check-in.

Dress Code

Singlet required for weigh-in. You must be wearing the singlet with straps up. If you need to change into or out of your singlet onsite, you must use the restrooms to change. Restrooms and check scale are located between door 12 check-in and the weigh-in area. You will not be authorized to enter the weigh-in area without wearing a singlet.

Weight Allowance

There is no weight allowance for the High School or Middle School Divisions.

Changing Weight Class

You can change weight classes three days prior to weigh-ins with no penalty. After Tuesday, you must make weight changes at weigh-ins. There will be a $10 fee to change weights onsite at weigh-ins.
