  • Wrestling normally ends between 4:30-7 PM.

  • MS & HS Upper Weights Last Minute Weigh-In Participants must be in line at head table at 10 AM.

  • VA Super 32 Loves our Upper Weights! You get to sleep in. 10:30 AM Last Minute Weigh-In. Noon Start.

  • Warm-up will begin at 11:30 AM on Mats 11-12. Wrestling will end between 2:30-4:00 PM
