By registering to participate to this event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

• All sales are final, and no refunds or transfers will be granted under any circumstances.
• The event organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In such cases, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders and provide alternative options.
• By participating in this event, you assume all risks and responsibilities for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred. The event organizers, venue, sponsors, and staff shall not be held liable for any claims, injuries, or damages arising from your attendance or participation.  You hereby agree to release, discharge and hold harmless the Super 32, George Mason University, Even Keel Wrestling Services, the Fairfax County School District, all individual high schools or wrestling clubs, and their agents and employees of and from all causes, liabilities, and damages, claims, or demands whatsoever on account of any injury or accident involving the said minor arising out of the minor’s attendance at the sporting event or in the course of competition held in connection with this event.
• You must adhere to all event rules, regulations, announcements, and instructions provided by the organizers and venue staff.
• By attending the event, you grant permission for the organizers to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.
